kununu, the employer review platform widely used in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, has named Workist a Top Company 2027. After 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026, this is the sixth year in a row that we have received the seal. The award is based on independent reviews by our employees on kununu, which places Workist among the companies with the best working environment in Germany.
What the seal stands for
Every year, kununu awards the Top Company seal to employers with high employee satisfaction, based exclusively on independent reviews on the platform. Only around five percent of all companies on kununu are recognized as a Top Company each year.
How our team rates Workist
Workist currently has 30 reviews on kununu and a kununu score of 4.9 out of 5 stars. Over the last two years, the recommendation rate is 100 percent (as of October 2026).
For us, the seal is above all feedback from our own team. What kununu says about the award
“We congratulate Workist on once again receiving the Top Company seal 2027,” says Nina Zimmermann, CEO of kununu. “Only around five percent of companies on kununu qualify for this award. The seal makes visible a company culture that is rated positively by its own employees and offers job seekers valuable orientation. Our survey results also show the impact this recognition can have: 71 percent of the awarded companies recorded a higher number of applications, and 80 percent received positive feedback on the seal during the application process.*” (Translated from German.)
A kununu survey* among companies already recognized as a Top Company also underlines the strategic importance of the seal: 81 percent of the Top Companies surveyed consider the award an important part of their employer branding strategy.
